Bush Says Iraqi Military Is Improving

It seems that Bush doesn't read the news. If the loss of two combat-ready Iraqi batallions is "improvement," then i guess we are winning the war. Only one more to go, and then we can leave! Or maybe he just doesn't listen to his own generals.
